Jamin Stortz is a writer based in New Haven, Connecticut. He is a graduate of the Warren Wilson MFA Program for Writers and was a Beinecke Fellow at Yale University. His fiction has appeared in the Hawai’i Pacific Review.

A veteran, he has worked and lived in over 50 countries, serving 8 years in the US Coast Guard, including 11 overseas deployments, and later worked with the US State Department on international cooperation.
